Overview:

Eric has a wealth of experience as a leader in learning and development, having worked as a senior member of Lloyds TSB Group’s learning team where he was responsible for the design and launch of one of Europe’s largest corporate universities.

Known for his creative, business focused approach to consultancy, Eric has worked with some major organisations in both the Public and Private sectors and is an experienced designer and deliverer of management and leadership development programmes.
